With innovative cross-media marketing, magazines, newsprint advertising. We provide a personal representative available from 8am till 8pm 7 days a week who schedules all appointments and your own password to monitor our logging system seeing who is showing your home along with agent/client feedback.
Complete home brochure with color pictures, write-up on benefits, mls listing, floor plans and plats (if available), required disclosures, financing examples, community information, etc.
2. All MLS listings end up on REALTOR.com however, only agents who pay an extra fee can upload multiple pictures and provide custom write-ups. Of course you receive this enhanced service with us.
3. Complete web page on our company website. Digital Pictures, Maps, virtual tour links, and a complete write-up. Virtual Tour is done on all larger homes and available through the MLS, Realtor.com, and our company websites.
